Our first ever Yellow Tea, this is a large leaf varietal that gives a fresh and smooth flavor profile. Yellow tea is green with more oxidation and fermentation. You still taste the light freshness of green tea, but with more sweetness, depth and toasted flavors. 

Yellow tea involves laborious processing and takes weeks to make. The special processing step Broom Frying uses a broom to stir and fry the tea, allowing ample rolling and contact with heat. The tea is then fermented in a bamboo basket.

Yellow tea is hard to come by, and has a completely different flavor profile to other teas. A tea that offers brand new tastes.
