We recommend our Shiraore and Tamaryokucha for the cold brew. 
Place 10g (0.35 ounce) of tea leaves at the bottom of the bottle, and fill it with filtered cold water to the upper mark. Refrigerate (1 to 2 hours). You can prepare a second or even a third brew of the same tea. For the second brew, wait about fifteen minutes.
