Aged white tea interlaced with aged tangerine peel is balled into a "dragon ball" to make this healthy brew.

Aged chenpi (tangerine peel) is a common ingredient in Cantonese cuisine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This one is from Xinhui in Guangdong- the home of chenpi - and adds citrussy top notes to the honey base of the white tea. The result is a soothing, nourishing brew.

Serving
Each dragon ball is a single serving, and can be brewed for 1-8 people for at least 5 infusions.
