Harvested from old grove tea trees more than 80 years old, this Shuixian is from Bai Zhang Yan , the famous birthplace of the very first Shuixian mother tree.

Shuixian is a traditional rock oolong with a long history, beloved for its balanced flavor profile: subtle mineral notes, floral aroma, smooth mouthfeel.

Charcoal roasted with lychee wood for 48 hours, this Old Grove Shuixian is thick and full-bodied, with a distinctive woodsy sweetness. The lingering sweetness is clean and rounded, reminiscent of rock sugar often used in Chinese cuisine.

Harvested and roasted in 2017, this batch has been aged for over 7 years. The roasty notes have mellowed out, revealing a deep and smooth complexity.
