• Most Earl Grey is made of crushed black tea and bergamot oil. Our version is made with a fruity whole leaf black tea from Taiwan called Red Jade and hand-shredded strips of bergamot for a bolder flavour.
• It's organic. In fact, it's produced by m in Taiwan’s scenic Sun Moon Lake region. They grow a border of bergamot around the tea plants as a natural pesticide, and they use the bergamot in the tea itself.
