I have a hard time sleeping at night so I was happy to finally find a tea that helps me to relax and sleep. I used to take melatonin at night, but I noticed that sometimes it helps me sleep, and other times I would fall asleep but then wake up 2 hours later. Since drinking this tea, I am able to sleep peacefully every night. Its only been a week - but it's been great so far.I love this tea! I have been picking my own chamomile the past week and mint, but these tea bags contain so much more, and the flavour is amazing. As well as chamomile and mint it contains rose petals, lemongrass and blue corn flower petals. The pyramid shaped tea bags are lovely quality and allow plenty of room for the tea to brew. I just add one to a cup and fill with boiling water, wait for 5 minutes and drink, I leave the tea bag in. The tea has a gorgeous chamomile and peppermint flavour with the gorgeous taste of lemon grass coming through. At a little over 40p per cup it’s great value.
