I’m a regular tea drinker so this is super easy for my routine, and the taste is good. I just finished up my two weeks and lost the 6 pounds I had put on and needed to shed. Hopefully you aren’t in a hurry to get going the days after the night tea, it definitely cleans you out. I feel lighter and lost the grog. I will do this again for sure.The night tea definitely does it’s job as far as cleansing you in the morning, it didn’t aid in sleeping but didn’t keep me up so it’s more of just a cleanser.The morning tea is okay tasting and didn’t give me any energy or really anything, I think it’s more of just a tea. Add in some fresh squeezed lemon juice in and ice to have a morning tea but that’s all it really is and to me that’s pretty okay cus it builds a routine.I think it’s worth a shot to see how it works for you (don’t drink the night tea if you have to be out of the house early in the morning) - I will probably order the night tea again.This tea has been a complete delight! The taste, the packaging, and the price were worth it! I didn't feel sick. I didn't expect diarrhea tho. When you take the one for the night, make sure you don't have anywhere to go the next day before 12noon, because you will be living in the toilet for some hours. Well, that was the effect it had on my body. However, overall I felt better in my body. I would buy it again and I would recommend this to anyone.I know that everybody’s body is different and reacts differently. For me after Drinking the tea two tonight and one morning…..it gave me bad stomach pains woke me up at four in the morning as if I had to use the bathroom however nothing happened. Woke up again with the bad stomach pains unfortunately this Tea cleanse is not going to work for me as I cannot handle it.Only have done 2 mornings and one evening, and I can tell for sure it has helped with my cravings. I’m not a huge tea drinker, I’m usually picky about my drink flavors, and I actually enjoyed sipping these with a little honey. Hopefully they will help me lose some weight.Some things I wish were different about the product: it would be better if the string and end of the string with the label weren’t glued to the bag, I’ve tried to be gentle but each bag gets a tiny hole in the mesh because of this. The leaves haven’t escaped so still 5 stars. Also, I wish there were nighttime teas for every night, instead of every other, but maybe there’s another reason I’m not aware of. I went out and bought some other nighttime tea to drink on the “other” nights so that I can keep a good habit going.
