2025 first harvestĀ

An exclusive and limited edition, this extraordinary 2025 shincha harvested at the end of April is a single-cultivar Yame sencha selected by Tea master Kiya san, and is the first tea that he releases this year. Kiya san carefully roasted the new leaves to bring out the unmistakable freshness of the first tea of the year.

We love its gentle sweetness, candy-like aroma when we open the bag, its deep green color, and we find it easy to drink no matter how many times you brew it.

Made with sae midori cultivar, this is a perfectly well-balanced jewel that should be prepared with just as much care as a gyokuro. A precious treasure showcasing the talent of Yame tea farmers.

For the second brew, Kiya san recommends the following brewing steps: 15 seconds at 60C.

For the third brew: 10 seconds at 80C.
