2 tea spoons of sugar for 750ml - and the best tea is ready. The only drawback it's expensive and they don't sell anything bigger than 100g in Canada (Also, it's not quite a "Leaf", its "leaves" are way too small and the tea contains too much of the fine "dust" fractions, making it a bit more challenging to clean your tea pot afterwards. However, the taste defeats all those.Edit: Note that the reviews cover various types of tea. I tested all their Earl Grey teas, as well as 12 varieties of green tea, and St. Petersburg is by far the best.
